At Flex Training we aim to provide the most comprehensive and manageable training programme that caters for the specific needs of the post-natal mother.
Working professionally in the industry we understand that it is not easy to find a qualified person to provide you with an accurate programme to meet your needs. Many gyms have Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers but, very few of them understand the needs of the post-natal mother. For this reason we work with qualified health and coaching professionals to prescribe effective, proven exercises to help you get back to your pre-pregnancy body.
You can be sure that when you undertake the 6 month Post-Natal Exercise Calendar or 6 week Programme, it is safe and effective. Written by a Personal Trainer and approved by a medical professional the 6 month Post-Natal Exercise Calendar and 6 week programme is suitable for mothers who have had Natural or Caesarean births.
All our training programmes are recognised and insured by Saturn Professional Indemnity Cover. The Anti-Burst balls we provide are insured by ERIC Products Liability. For peace of mind we would like to let our mothers know that the balls have been tested to over 1000kg (over 150 stone) breaking weight and comply to European safety standards so there is no danger of them bursting.
