The 6 month Post-Natal Training Calendar and the 6 week programme provide a day by day guide of exercises suitable for both natural and caesarean births that are to be undertaken on your road to recovery after child birth.

The calendar starts with the important core exercises to be performed soon after birth and gradually progresses onto the harder, more advanced exercises designed to increase lean muscle and burn body fat.

Post-Natal Exercise Programme Chart

The 6 week Exercise Programme Chart, guides you through low impact exercise to help improve and tighten your pelvic floor, abdominal and posture muscles. There is also some gentle cardio-vascular work to help with fat burning and improve fitness. The exercises in this programme take approximately 10 minutes per session.

Post-Natal Exercise Calendar

The 6 month Calendar does all of the above and more. This programme provides a day by day exercise guide for 6 months, gently building you up to running around 10 kilometers! There are also extensive exercises to improve your body shape. The exercises in this programme take approximately 10 minutes per session except on the cardio days when you may be running, power walking or just strolling for longer.

The only equipment you need to complete your Post-Natal exercise program. Can be used for other exercise workouts including Yoga, Pilates etc...
